where does the time go ?
The Christmas and New Year break wasn't quite such a wash out as last year - I did get in some riding and groundwork every few days (despite the obligatory family stuff). But since then the weather has either been rainy, extremely windy, snowing, or any combination of two or more of the above !
So Saturday was the first time I have ridden in about 4 weeks - and even then I was restricted to walk and trot because the ground was so frozen. I rode Fi for about 20 mins and Rosie for a little more. Rosie thought that she ought to be in charge after 4 weeks of doing what she wants - so there was a bit of discussion initially about whether "go" really did mean "go".
I just did a little groundwork with Dudley - he tends to find the concussion of hard ground a bit much.
